Stephen R. Bigger was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and grew up in Pocahontas, Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas where he graduated in 1967 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, after which he attended the University of Texas at Austin, Texas and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1973. During law school, Stephen was a founding member of the American Journal of Criminal Law.
His primary areas of practice include family law, personal injury, wrongful death, and wills and estate planning.
Stephen is married to Patricia Bigger, and together they have two children: Alexander Bigger, who is currently practicing law with Stephen, and Ashlyn, who is attending the University of Arkansas.
